Classes are held during teacher in service days and snow days unless you are notified by phone or by checking our website or Facebook page. |

Recitals & Recital Fees |
|
The studio will host two shows in 2012. Projected dates for the recitals are June 2nd and 3rd, 2012. Please keep these dates in mind when making vacation plans, etc. Participating in the recital is not required for attending monthly classes but instructors need to be notified ASAP if your child will not be in the recital. A recital fee of $35.00 (single child) or $45.00 (multiple students in the same family) will be due March 9th. With the paid recital fees, students receive 4 (single child) or 6 (multiple students in the same family) free tickets for the recital. A voucher will be issued when the recital fee is paid. This voucher will be exchanged for recital tickets on the day tickets are distributed. Recital fees are charged to help cover recital expenses such as auditorium rental, sets and scenery, staffing fees, etc. |

Costumes |
|
Costume prices are $55 and $65 for child and adult size costumes, respectively. Costume deposits of $35.00 per costume are due in October. The remaining balance is due by January 6th, 2012. Parents needing installment plans may make payments from September until January. Costume deposits are not refundable after December 16th. |

Parent Observation |
|
You may observe your children at any time through the two-way mirrors located in the lobby. You may observe in-class the 1st week of October, December, and February. Please feel free to bring cameras and/or camcorders during these days. In-class observation is not allowed unless it is a designated observation day. If you feel it is important to observe your child at another time, please contact Dorothy to make arrangements. Limiting distractions is important in maximizing a child’s learning ability. |
